During the COVID-19 outbreak, we will see all patients online or over the phone if they choose. We will do everything we can to provide the same level of personal, thorough service. If we determine you need to be tested for COVID-19, we will make sure you know where to go and how to obtain your tests during your visit.

DO THIS FIRST!

If you are a new patient, please scan or take a photo of your insurance card, front, and back, PLUS your driver’s license or official photo id. Save them on your computer or mobile device. You will be instructed to email them to our office. If you do not know how to do this, please call our office for assistance.

  1. All patients are required to call (931) 644-6816 to schedule their online doctor’s visit or telephone visit. Appointments will be scheduled through our medical staff and you will be given further instructions.
  2. If you have problems getting set up online, Dr. Dill will simply call you for a telephone consultation.
  3. We will bill your insurance for online and telephone visits.
